N. Lance Bryan received his Juris Doctor (with honors) in 2003 from the University of Texas School of Law.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, with majors in Political Science and Economics from Oklahoma State University in 2000.   While at the University of Texas he was a member of the Board of Advocates and was a representative of the school on a mock trial team that won the regional competition of the Texas Young Lawyer's Association's National Trial Competition.  Mr. Bryan also attended a semester at the University of London's Queen Mary School of Law in London, United Kingdom.

Mr. Bryan concentrates his practice in the areas of General Business and Civil Litigation and Appeals, Electric Utility Litigation, Employment and Labor Law, and Environmental Law. Mr. Bryan is a former certified volunteer mediator with the Oklahoma Alternative Dispute Resolution System.

Mr. Bryan is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association.  Mr. Bryan is also a frequent contributor to the Oklahoma Employment Law Letter and has written articles on numerous employment topics such as WARN Act requirements, overtime regulations, and defamation in the workplace.
