Richard H. Foster received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Kansas in 1979 and his law degree from Duke University Law School in 1982. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Foster's practice is concentrated in general business litigation. His litigation experience entails various claims involving contracts, aviation, accountants' professional liability, oil and gas, patents, trade secrets, bankruptcy, real estate and creditors' rights.

Mr. Foster is also a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
