Russell W. Kroll received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa in 1982, and was graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1992. He was Articles Editor of the Tulsa Law Journal and was awarded membership in the Scribes for meritorious legal writing and the Order of the Curule Chair. Mr. Kroll has participated in Chapter XXXII of the American Inns of Court. Mr. Kroll is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma and concentrates his practice in the area of Environmental , health and safety law and in general civil litigation .
