Estates, Trusts, and Probate

Our practice includes an Estate Planning and Probate Department. In addition to estate planning and administration and the preparation of wills and trusts, the attorneys in this department advise individual and corporate fiduciaries on federal estate taxation, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. The Department also represents individual and institutional clients before various authorities, and litigates contested probate matters.
